AYAWORD does not require users to create an account. The app may store game progress, selected language, lives, points, level, achievements, and similar gameplay information on the user's device.
The app may collect anonymous technical and usage information, such as app opens, gameplay statistics, crashes, device diagnostics, and ad interactions, to improve stability and user experience.
2. Ads and third-party services
AYAWORD uses Google AdMob to display ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, and technical information according to their own policies.
The app may use Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase App Check, Firebase Firestore, and Firebase Core. These services help us understand app usage, detect crashes, protect backend resources, and provide app content.
3. Knowledge Bank and external search
The Knowledge Bank may open Google Search or use Google Custom Search when configured. Search terms entered by users can be sent to Google to provide results. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information in search fields.
4. Children and families
AYAWORD is designed as an educational app with general Islamic knowledge. The app does not knowingly collect direct personal information from children. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of apps that include ads or internet search links.
5. Data sharing and protection
We do not sell personal data. Limited technical data may be processed by service providers such as Google Firebase and Google AdMob for app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention, and ads.
